Members of the Bar - Bench at Iganga' s Inaugural Meeting

Iganga High Court Circuit on March 1, 2023, held its first Bar-Bench meeting at the Court's premises.

The meeting that was chaired by the Resident Judge, Hon. Justice David Batema, drew participants from the eight districts under the Circuit; Mayuge, Luuka, Kaliro, Bugweri, Namutumba, Bugiri and Namayingo.

In attendance was the Ag Assistant Registrar, HW Daniel Epobu Kiboko, the Mayuge Chief Magistrate, HWAtim Harriet, Magistrates Grade I; HW Ivan Busulwa, HW Nakato Josephine, HW Proscovia Nsaire, HW Longole Mathew, HW Drajiru Samsa, HW Namayanja Nazifa together with staff from the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and advocates from the region.

The meeting resolved to ensure that the new Circuit lives to its mandate to deliver justice for all through cooperation with all justice actors.
